Access Policy

This website aspires to WAI Level 1 soon, and eventually WAI Level 2 with Samurai errata.

Unfortunately we cannot do much about external webpages like Google search results.

We will attempt to improve the accessibility of any given page in response to constructive suggestions.

Access Keys

The access keys for this website are similar to those used by the BBC website and the UK Government. Briefly, most browsers on the following operating systems behave as described:

On an Apple Mac: hold down the Ctrl key and press the access key.
On a PC: hold down the Alt key and press the access key. If you use Internet Explorer, the link will be selected, press enter to follow it.

Zoom layout

The zoom link changes the layout to a single column, enlarges the font and reduces the contrast. It is intended to be useful to people who are visually impaired or colour-blind.

All modern browsers have built-in functionality for changing the text size.

Note that the content is identical for all layouts.
