Jetstar Pacific accept passengers with hearing impairment
On August 28 2009, the low-cost airline Jetstar Pacific (JP) announced plans to serve passengers with hearing impairment.
According to the representative of JP, all of their passengers with hearing impairment will have priority for the front seats. However, JP also noted that passengers with hearing impairment should inform JP’s staff about their impairment and request assistance when buying tickets to have a good service.
